Zander Abrams

Zander Abrams is an accomplished professional in the cannabis sector with a passion for driving industry growth. As Principal at CPF Ventures, Zander has overseen numerous private equity and real estate transactions in complex regulatory structures. With expertise in politics, policy, and law, he has forged successful partnerships in major US cannabis markets and international ventures in South Korea, Israel, Canada, Japan, Poland, and Malta. Zander is also the Founder of ForeverGreen Solutions, where he promotes license-agnostic growth, emphasizing asset-light strategies, expert professional services, and comprehensive real estate solutions. In addition, he holds advisory roles with Genetica, Altmore Capital, the Cannabis Policy Forum, and the Cannabis Equity Retailer Association, leveraging his skills in private equity, public affairs, fundraising, and negotiation.

Before his foray into the cannabis industry, Zander held various roles in public affairs, including serving as Area Director for AIPAC and Political Director for Zellers for Governor. In these roles, he managed diverse teams, led fundraising campaigns, and maintained relationships with Members of Congress and other politically minded activists and influencers.

Zander holds a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, where he was an Articles Editor for the Journal of Corporation Law, a member of the Baskerville Moot Court Team. He also holds a BA in Political Science with Honors from the University of Minnesota and graduated with honors from Hopkins High School.
